How to put a letterhead on a PDF
Add your document first, then the letterhead or overlay PDF.
Choose “Behind the content” for a letterhead or “On top” for a stamp, and which page of the overlay to use.
Press “Apply overlay” and download the combined PDF.

How do I add company stationery to every page?
Save the letterhead as a one-page PDF, add it as the second file and keep “Its first page on every page”.
Can the first page get a different letterhead?
Yes. Run the tool twice: first with the main letterhead on page 1 only (under “More options”, Pages: 1), then with the follow-on letterhead on the other pages.
Why is my letterhead hidden on scanned pages?
Scans paint a white background over the whole page, which covers anything behind it. Choose “On top” for scanned documents.
Does the text stay selectable?
Yes. Both PDFs are combined as vector content, so text in each stays sharp and selectable.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
