Frequently asked questions
Are the images at full quality?
Yes. Each picture is saved at the resolution stored in the PDF, not as a screenshot of the page.
Why are some images missing?
Charts and drawings made of lines and shapes are not images. Use “PDF to images” to save whole pages instead.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
Is it free, and are there limits?
It is currently free, with no sign-up, no daily limit on files and no watermark added to your results.
