Can it fix a faded scan?
Yes. Raise the contrast to darken faded text, and adjust the brightness until the paper looks clean.
Does it turn the pages into images?
No. Colours in text and drawings are changed directly and photos are adjusted pixel by pixel, so text stays selectable.
What does saturation do?
It controls how strong colours are. Lower it for softer colours, or set it to -100% for black and white.
Is the preview exact?
It is very close. Gradients and some special colour types are left unchanged in the PDF.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
